Three Januarys ago in London …
… four young cockapoos met up for a playdate in Hyde Park. It was the first of our cockapoo meets. This January will be the beginning of our fourth year of us getting together!
Boring Saturday
Mummy had a very busy week – by Friday evening she couldn’t even stay awake for Graham Norton! Maybe if Zayn Malik had been a guest, she might have stayed up. 😉 So she said we will have a quiet stay-in day yesterday.
Lila’s a HUGE hit at school run!
Lila is a cavachon – and yesterday, she wore her new red neoprene coat to pick up her hooman brothers from school. And apparently her coat went down really well! 🙂
It’s all about George
Sara Abbott painted my portrait two years ago –
Doggone it! Not all of Chelsea is dog-friendly!
Even the shop displays speak my vocabulary! 🙂 Mummy and I spent all of yesterday day doing her things – ALL DAY long!
We met a little “Angel”
There’s a new puppy in the neighbourhood! Meet Angel. He’s four months old – and just couldn’t sit still for a photo – of course.
A Light Bulb Moment
The winter sun is always a welcome especially in January – when we’re still in the depths of winter and months to go before it’s Spring.
Bella asks – Will it snow this Sunday for our Hyde Park Meet?
This is Bella! We met her in the park in December. We hope she will be able to come for our Hyde Park Doodles Meet this Sunday!
Spoodle mummy from Oz-land!
We had a lovely dinner with Helen and Liam – they are both from Melbourne and visiting England. Helen was missing her Spoodles and in fact, she met a Spoodle (from Australia) on her first day in London. She got in touch and we had planned to meet up in the park on Sunday when we were being […]
And the fluffy look for me!
Everyone keeps telling Mummy how nice and fluffy I am …
Shaggy Chic – no more
Mummy toyed with giving me the shaggy chic look. But the fringe kept growing down over my eyes.
Mummy in verbatim
The Times got in touch with Mummy yesterday and asked her if she thought the UK is dog-friendly. Well, you know how that touches a nerve!
If only you were here …
Happy 1st Birthday Harlow – wherever you may be.
“The Twa Dogs” by Robert Burns
We were “The Twa Dogs” who joined in last night’s annual tribute to Scottish poet, Robert Burns, wearing our tartan bow ties when the hoomans went for a Burns Night supper at Maze Grill.
Happy St. Dwynwen’s Day!
Since I hailed from Wales, I wish all my Welsh poos – Happy St. Dwynwen’s Day!
Orange is the new black
We woke up yesterday morning and Mummy put us in our orange onesies again. We went to collect Jaffa – and she’s in her orange onesie too. Looks like we were Team Orange!
Please play with me
I’m always trying to get my sister a.k.a. Miss Dee to play but she can be so stoic sometimes. She is rather a serious old thing, that Miss Dee. Maybe it’s because she’s going to be five soon.
Chasing “squirrel” dreams
Another day at the park. Another day to try yet again to catch that elusive squirrel that runs too fast for me! Never give up, they say.
Shopping at Little Marlow
Niki came to pick us from Danesfield House for a spot of shopping in Marlow.
Dogs are welcomed
Yes, we are welcomed at Danesfield House Hotel & Spa in Marlow-on-Thames.
Pyjamas? But we just woke up
Mummy, why are we putting on pyjamas in the morning?
We can do with a backyard like this –
65 acres of green fields and shrubbery.
To Marlow we go
We’re back at Marylebone Station – off to Marlow to see Fred yet again!
Celebrating belated everything!
A tarte tatin is non-denominational – so it was a good thing to have for a belated Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s dinner with Mummy’s friend!
Gentlemen prefer blondes
Strike a pose, Mummy said!
I turn my back on misery
I turn my back on misery I cannot bear the pain My heart is empty and sore For I cannot believe, my beloved Hector has gone.
Wakey! Wakey!
Sometimes Mummy doesn’t get out of bed when the alarm goes off. So we try all sorts of things to subtly wake her up … like curling up on the pillow next to her head! LOL!
Are there tigers in Cornwall?
We went to have lunch with Marley and his mummy in Clapham.
British Icons
When we were out in the evenings walking the streets looking at Lumiere London, we came across some other interesting items on display.
Baby, it’s cold outside
Even the polar bears are not happy. It feels like sub-zero alright!
