Are we ICONIC?

The Little Black gallery just down the road from us is having an exhibition of some iconic dog photography by some really famous names.

Mummy was really drawn to this larger than life jumping dog with David Bowie – which was one of the publicity shots for Bowie’s album “Diamond Dogs” photographed by Terry O’Neill.Next to it is Andy Warhol and his dog photographed by Milton H. Greene.

We had a chat with Lisa from the gallery – she has a dog that comes into the gallery a few times a week. And behind us were portraits of Elizabeth Taylor with a dog and Prince.

Mummy thought this was sweet of fashion models Iman and Jerry Hall with two doggies – for French Vogue Magazine. Now check out this by Terry O’Neill …Hmmm. Wonder if my friend, Marcel would like this. And these models with dogs by Norman Parkinson. We hope this might inspire Mummy when she is photographing us. LOL!

Ahhh, Marilyn and her dog.If I sat very still on the window, someone may ask “how much is that doggy in the window?”

May’s comment:  Priceless!
