Mum and I @ I.

The night before George came home, Mum and I went out for some quiet time together.

Someone had just told us that Isabel in Mayfair, an Italian restaurant – is dog-friendly! We love the Italians.

Mum immediately loved the opulent settings –

Yes, I see what you mean, Mum. There are a lot of lights on the ceiling.

It will be very, very bright when they are all turned on.

Even the suite of bathrooms were “opulent” – each of them had a different wallpaper.

So, how was the food, Mum?

May’s comment: Delicious Italian! Loved the food, loved the ambiance. A nice place for every occasion – to celebrate or just casual dining all day long.

Feeling anxious about George being home – worried of being tied down for the next eight weeks as he needs to be crated, I decided to take Darcy out for dinner at a new place we have just discovered is dog-friendly.

“ISABEL IS A HOME-AWAY-FROM-HOME IN THE HEART OF MAYFAIR, OFFERING A WARM WELCOME AND ALL-DAY HOSPITALITY. THE OPULENT SETTING AND REFINED MENU MAKE ISABEL A UNIQUE LONDON DESTINATION, BUT WITHOUT THE STIFF FORMALITY OF OTHER INSTITUTIONS. CATERING TO EVERY OCCASION, WHETHER CASUAL OR CELEBRATORY, ISABEL PROVIDES SUPERLATIVE SERVICE AND AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE.”

There is outside seating as well but we were allowed inside.

Isabel – Unique Mayfair Bar & Restaurant – all day dining. Located at 26 Albemarle St, Mayfair, London W1S 4HY
