Quoting Mark Twain

Because today is Mark Twain’s birthday, we thought to share some of his many quotes that are dog-related! We think he gets us.  LOL!

What are the chances?

This is one of the photos of six-month old Princess Charlotte recently released by Kensington Palace.  When we saw this, Mummy went – could that little doggy have been our Poppy?!?!?!

Parteeeee at Verve!

Woof woof woof woof to you Woof woof woof woof to you Woof woof woof woof, dear Rusty Woof woof woof woof to you!

Just being Mummy’s Boy

It’s Friday and Darcy has decided to take a break from blogging. So I get to write about Friday night at home.

About a cavapoo called Henry

Gorgeous 13 week old Henry is a deaf and blind Cavapoo puppy.  But he doesn’t know he has no sight and he knows no sound.

Smart Dante!!!

This is Dante – and he’s wearing his birthday present – a Costeau neoprene coat from my range of clothing!

Giving Thanks

“Thank you for the food before us, the nourishment it gives to our bodies. Thank for our home, our warm beds And for our family AMEN!!!”

Dead Trees along Piccadilly

We walked past the Royal Academy of Arts on Piccadilly and couldn’t help but stop to look at these lifeless trees in the courtyard. It must be because it is winter as the look rather barren.

The Tiger who came to play

There was a Tiger in our midst yesterday!  She wasn’t orange nor stripey. In fact, she wore pink!!!!

Doodles in Holiday Jumpers

It was a cold winter’s day and our last meet before Christmas.  So we thought we would all wear our holiday jumpers!!!

Baby, it’s cold outside!

We’re going to our doodle meet in Hyde Park this morning but it’s going to be cold – so Mummy brought out her hats. And guess what happened?

A Gesture of Solidarity

When news about Diesel’s death went on social media around the world, it seemed to have touched the hearts of Russia.

Kiss the Moon xx

Mummy always said she loves us to the moon and back. I guess when you get to the moon, you’ll get to kiss it.

Not allowed to be bored

No one came to take us for walks. There were no playdates. And it was raining all day! Sigh!

Garlands and tikas at Kukur Tihar

Last week was Tihar, a five-day-long Hindu festival in Nepal.  The second day of celebrations is called Kukur Tihar or Khichā Pujā (worship of the dogs).

RIP Diesel – another life lost

Run free Diesel at Rainbow Bridge – where there are no weapons of destruction and no inhumane acts. Just fields of daisies, squirrels to chase and where dogs are allowed to roll on fields and wade in puddles.

AMAZING FACTS about (our) eyes!

We learn something new everyday. And today we learnt that: we have a third eyelid!!! we are NOT colour blind and why our eyes glow at night …

Together we play

Tonight we watched a football match on telly – a friendly match between England and France. It was only four nights ago when France was playing a friendly match against Germany

Not just a dog …

Izzy is still missing. How many more times do we need to keep telling everyone this news? We made a promise that we would help to keep Izzy in our thoughts, in our continued prayers that she will be found soon and to keep sharing this – just in case there’s someone who had not […]

An afternoon in Ascot

We knew we were off to somewhere different today. Mummy packed a bag of things and she brought our Equafleeces – hmmm – that can only mean wet muddy fields!!!
