Hello Mr. Pumpkin Head!

You don’t scare me. You’re just a face some hooman carved out of a pumpkin. So I am going to give you a kiss  because I am not frightened away by your scary expression.

Halloween Doodle Meet

It was a foggy morning to begin with – rather appropriate for our Halloween Meet!  Some of us came dressed in costumes!

Milk it, Georgie!

Oh Georgie, you sure know how to milk it. He looked so sad and Mummy held him all afternoon.

Halitosis sounds like a Harry Potter spell

Halitosis! You can imagine Hermoine Granger casting that spell? And I think she did – on George because he has fish breath! It so happens that halitosis is also the medical term for bad breath.

A Dog Secret Revealed

We were at the library in The Kennel Club (tell you more later) going through shelves and shelves of books about dogs.

Dogs & Dim Sum – Oh happy Sunday!

Mummy loves dim sum. But from our quest to find dog-friendly restaurants, it has been rare to find Asian restaurants that allow dogs in. So when one of our blog readers told us about The Duck and Rice, it sounded too good to be true.  So of course we went to make sure it wasn’t a […]

Marley & Me @Daphne’s

Back from our travels, it was time to catch up with friends.  Today we had lunch with Marley and his mummy at Daphne’s in Chelsea.

Three Amigos

Today we went for a walk in Kenwood Park with Rusty and Lucca. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen two of my oldest friends.

My Vet, the Dentist!

It was time to have my teeth cleaned – at my multi-talented vet.  He’s also a dentist, I found out!

When is our next trip?

Georgie, now that we’ve had our rest, I have so much to tell you about our travels. It was a long but interesting trip. We went to six countries –

Georgie-eeeeee!

The next day after we arrived home, Annie brought George back …

Border crossings

We had a lovely overnight in Brugge and now the last stage of our journey home – and Mummy remembered in time to buy me a ticket for the train from Brugge to Kortrijk to Lille Flanders and onto Calais …

The last stop – The Dog House

We made it to Brugge via Brussel – on the slow train. Actually our train to Brugge, of all the trains, was cancelled. Anyway we managed to get on the next train and arrived at The Dog House!

Brugge revisited

We came to Brugge two Christmas seasons ago looking for the elusive Christmas market.  This time, we just wanted to stopover and experience it not in a mad rush.

Luxembourg by night

By the time we arrived at our hotel in Place d’Armes, night was almost upon us.

Muffin, we have arrived!

After a seamless flight from Vienna to Zürich, we are back on more familiar tracks – the train.

Blessed George!

While Darcy’s been in chapels for weddings and investigating churches in Vienna and taking tons of photos at Stephansdom, I have been blessed properly at a church!
