It has been over a year since we last saw Bow – and she’s now all grown up.This was Bow, the first time we met her when she was just about 3 months old.Now look at how she has grown. Mummy and I took a train to Bury St. Edmunds for our rendezvous.
as we walked over to have lunch at HaGA Lifestyle, a home interior store with a little cafe – and very dog friendly. The store (like many others in town) was not open on a Monday but Claire made an exception so we could have a look at the store and have lunch – Why? Because she loves pooches and knew we were in town for only a day.And yesterday at the store, there were as many pooches as there were hoomans!
We also went to meet another Facebook friend, Shirley and her pooches. That’s Chloe on Shirley’s lap, Brady watching ChloeAnd trying to get some attention. Here are the “ladies and pooches who lunch” at HaGA Lifestyle. That’s me and Mummy, Sandra and Bow, Shirley with Kenzie (Westie), Brady and Chloe. We walked back to the hotel “The Angel” where we’re staying and found this sweet little cafe right next to it –This “Really Rather Good” Cafe is also very considerate of us pooches. These are their own homemade dog biscuits –And Sandra a packet for me and another for George! Thank you Sandra. We’re saving them for Christmas Day.
May’s comment: Sandra and I met over Facebook two years ago and when Bow was old enough, we met up in Cambridge. Since then we have kept in touch. It’s been lovely to see her and Bow again. And loved giving Bow a hug. She’s a lot lighter than Darcy!
Claire’s shop HaGA, has lots of lovely home decor items in her store. Too bad that I am done with Christmas shopping – might have to come her next here for that. But we loved these two dog statutes!Might have to add one of them to my dog collection! LOL!
And another reason to return!
There’s a little cafe that serves hot food – and dogs are most welcome!
