We woke up early this morning and went for our walkies before our Christmas “duties” began.
We had to be at Little Tyke’s at 8am for when he comes downstairs to check out what Father Christmas brought him.
Well, a lot! And I did quite well myself. Besides a stocking filled with toys, chewy stuff and a new tag – I got two new t-shirts!
I sat around most of the time, waiting for Little Tyke to open up his pile of presses.
Then I got to do the fun part of tearing up the wrappers.
But it was Mini Tyke’s First Christmas – so she had a special pair of pyjamas and a First Christmas stocking – she seems delighted!
I sat and watched Little Tyke play with all his new toys before we watched the Queen’s Christmas Day Speech.
Finally it was our Christmas lunch. I had my own plate of turkey, stuffing, Brussel sprouts, risotto! Yum! I gulped it all down in one quick swoop!
There wasn’t a lot happening after that. We watched a lot of Christmas specials on telly – including Paul O’Grady’s For The Love of Dogs Christmas Special! Finally it was the day’s finale! Downton Abbey. I had a snooze while Mummy watched it.
