May the Force be with you!

Meet the latest Jedi recruit! Or is it Mum’s latest “third”?

This is Obi-wan. He’s only been in London for 9 days!!!!!

He’s a little nervous – lots of loud noises and oh so many hoomans staring at him and coo-ing. Mum was no exception!

Obi-Wan, it’s a big world out there and you will come across many situations.

There will be big scary dogs, especially the big black ones. And you will meet very friendly dogs at first and then turn on you (aka George Le Mutt – he really doesn’t mean any harm). You will remember these scary moments and they may frighten you. But be brave, Obi and remember –

“you’re going to find that many of the truths we cling to depend greatly on our own point of view.

The truth is often what we make of it: you heard what you wanted to hear, believed what you wanted to believe.” (Obi-Wan, the Jedi)

There’s a lot of learning ahead of you. While the world is a bit scary at times, you will soon discover fun things – squirrels, leaves blowing in the wind, ever so exciting rustling scraps of paper – and oh so many scraps of food left like a trail on the London streets.

And there are rules and regulations you will have to learn to live in the hooman world. Can’t pee here but there. Must walk on lead. And oh so many hooman food we wish we could eat.

There are lots of wonderful parks – and tell mum and dad it is ever so dog-friendly in Kensington and Chelsea. You will no doubt be going out for lots of dates with your mum and dad. It can be all good!

May’s comment: Obi belongs to Eleni – whom I met through her wonderful bag creations – Aevum Bags – that I use for my travels.

We’ve been waiting for Obi’s arrival and now he’s here for cuddles!!!! Cannot wait to be dog-sitting!!!!

George had no issues with him and neither did I. Promising third? Or fourth as these days we still have Charlie and now Kingston – and maybe even another Charlie.

So excited.
