Anya Cafe – At the heart of The Village is the new Anya Cafe. Open from 8am-8pm to dine in or for takeaway, it serves breakfast, lunch and early evening drinks. Inspired by the British cafe of old but reimagined with the finest ingredients, and some trademark Anya humour, the Cafe offers a selection of specially created AH cakes and biscuits, designed to be eaten in or taken away as gifts. Belmond Cadogan Hotel – Afternoon Tea served in the lounge or bar area of the hotel. During the summer months, hotel guests may also request to have Afternoon Tea in the Cadogan Gardens across the street from the hotel. 75 Sloane St, Chelsea, London SW1X 9SG
The Drawing Room at Brown’s Hotel – “There are Afternoon Teas, and there are Afternoon Teas fit for a queen. Cinnamon Bazaar – A diversion from the quintessential Afternoon Tea, Chef Tamal Ray, runner up in BBC’s Great British Bake Off 2015 in collaboration with celebrity chef, Vivek Singh have created a modern Indian-inspired version. Egerton House Hotel – A five-star boutique London hotel set on a quiet street in a red brick 1843 townhouse. Close to Knightsbridge shopping and South Kensington tube station, traditional afternoon tea is served in the lounge. Charming and a great place to bring out-of-towners for something very English. The Parlour at Fortnum & Mason – In the upmarket department store are several restaurants. They allow small dogs that can be carried, and The Parlour on the First Floor allow dogs. 181 Piccadilly, St. James’s, London W1A 1ER
The Parlour at Great Scotland Yard Hotel – The Dog Afternoon Tea is served in The Parlour Room which was inspired by the Imperial Hotel Delhi for its opulence and sense of tradition along with influences from the East India Company. The Afternoon Tea is in partnership with Talula Eats which serves handcraft gourmet organic dog food and sweet treats from their kitchen in Fitzrovia. The Knightsbridge Hotel, one of the Firmdale Hotels, located on a quiet, leafy street in central London, the interior of the charming Knightsbridge Hotel welcomes guests with Kit Kemp’s genius decor. 1PT, 10 Beaufort Gardens, London SW3 1PX – Due to a change in Management, they are less welcoming than before. You can have Afternoon Tea in the reception area not in the drawing room as we did before.

The Milestone Hotel a five-star hotel located across the street from Kensington Gardens, classic afternoon tea served in the main tea room (subject to the staff discretion based on other customers needs) or in the equally nice conservatory. Number Sixteen is one of the Firmdale Hotels. Situated in the heart of South Kensington, close to the tube station, it has its own tree-filled private garden. And back there, it is a little oasis. Dining with dogs is in the garden only, but on a good day, that’s the best place to be. 16 Sumner Place, London SW7 3EG

Claridges ArtSpace Cafe – Open daily with a focus on breakfast and lunch, the Café offers a vibrant menu with crêpes as a signature, alongside tortillas, toasties, croque monsieurs and madames, mega madeleines and, naturally, Claridge’s cakes galore. Hummingbird Bakery – There are at least three branches of this cupcake, American style bakery. At the South Kensington branch, we are allowed to go inside with the dogs to sit and indulge. It changes all the time. If not, there are outside tables. 47 Old Brompton Rd, London SW7 3JP
Knoops is experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate – a process they call ‘Knoopology’. What fun! There are several Knoops all over London, but the one we went to is at 69 King’s Rd, London SW3 4NT
Le Cafe by Nicolas Rouzaud – a newly opened French-inspired all-day café located in the historic Burlington Arcade in Mayfair, the first standalone café concept from the celebrated pastry chef, Nicolas Rouzaud known for his tenure at The Connaught. Maitre Choux – Eclairs, choux, chouquettes baked fresh every morning by three Michelin Star pastry chef Joakim Prat. Peggy Porschen – Pretty in pink is how we describe this chic bakery featuring creative cakes and sweet treats which serves coffee, tea and champagne! Also an Instagram sensation! They have recently made it dogs outside only – probably due to its Instagram popularity, it has become very crowded – and probably complaining clients. You are allowed to go in with your dog to purchase items from the counter
The original store on 116 Ebury St, Belgravia, London SW1W 9QQ. Their store on the King’s Road is not dog-friendly but since Covid has a few tables outside.
