Quarter Hounders for us

It’s National Burger Day or Mr. Hyde National Burger Day!  And we went en masse – eight dogs and five hoomans to Smith & Whistle at Sheraton Grand London for burgers!

Stefano explained the menu …

several times over. LOL!

This is what we had to drink Bottom Sniffer and Pawsecco.

The hoomans had a platter of sample burgers.  When our Quarter Hounder arrived, we had to pose with the food! Can you think of worse torture?!?!?

And then of course I snuck in the first bite.

Just couldn’t wait any more.

Our Quarter Hounder is made of layers of sweet potato, chicken, tomato, lettuce, kale, sweet potato. I think they forgot to bring us the fries!

We had so much fun – now we await for the next doggy occasion.

For a whole week from today, Smith and Whistle is serving up a doggy burger while the hoomans have their platter of sample burgers.

We love these dog-friendly places who make an effort to include us in all things celebratory and every day things!

The entourage: Freddie, Oggy, Uka, Me, Barnaby, George, Mac, Maisy

May’s comment:  Today kicks off the burger celebrations.  National Burger Day (UK), also known as Mr. Hyde National Burger Day, is observed this year on August 23rd – the Thursday before the UK August Bank Holiday!

We love places that makes it so fun for us to enjoy the day with our dogs.  Sheraton Grand London’s Smith & Whistle is doing their part. We always feel so welcome here – we’re always ready for the next event!

Many venues nationwide will be offering a discount on man’s greatest creation: The humble burger.
