We went to Battersea Dogs and Cats Home this morning to drop off some things … lots of extra collars, because I used to chew the leads! Lots of treats and a few of my jackets and some left over toys from Christmas.
We told security we were going to Reception and that was as far as we could go as it wasn’t safe for me to walk through as some of the dogs weren’t well.
May’s comment: They are always so grateful for anything you can give them. Sorry I couldn’t walk around to see the dogs but it wouldn’t have been good for Darcy to be exposed.
