It is already the third Advent Sunday and all through London, people are getting into the festive mood.
All the Christmas decorations are up. When we go for our walks in the neighbourhood, we see some pretty amazing decorations.
Look at this one – the biggest bow ever!

At another house … a stream of very colourful baubles.
And by their front door …
Along King’s Road is Peggy Porschen where they always have a decoration around their front door, very popular with Instagrammers.
Everything is pink at Peggy Porschen – even the Nutcrackers!
And of course there’s The Ivy Chelsea Garden – another venue that celebrates every season with amazing decorations.
Quite an eye-catching display, would you say?

And just in case you forgot where you are – a reminder. LOL!
As we approached the Duke of York Square … an arched entrance.

And at the Belmond Cadogan Hotel – another beautiful tree.
We love the Christmas decorations.
And a special treat every year is to be invited to a horse and carriage ride around Cadogan, near Sloane Square.

Fred and I, we just sat and took in the view.
It sure is beginning to FEEL a lot like Christmas!

We usually travel up from Dorset but sadly not this year.

I think they have made a greater effort this year to lift the spirit. There are too many people out and about – we try to avoid them so we go at night or first thing in the morning.
