Something bad called Ebola is happening in the countries of West Africa – Sierra Leone, Liberia and Guinea – and they need our help.
So some humans got together and sang a song together – to help raise awareness and much-needed funds to help stop the deadly disease.So Mummy said we should do our bit. I bought one of the CDs …
and so did George. 
We just thought we would do our little teensy-weensy bit to help put a stop to that deadly disease – even though Mummy doesn’t have a CD player. (She bought hers on iTunes.)
It seems some humans don’t like the words of the song but we will leave that discussion to them. In the meantime, at least someone is doing something. If anyone has a another idea, we will be happy to help too!
We are after all one world. And we are not very far away.
When the disease got to America, a pooch had to be put to sleep because his owner had the virus and they were afraid the dog could be carrying it. I guess they didn’t think they had the means to figure out if the dog was carrying the virus. 🙁
