Otherwise, an itchy bum. And every time I do the rug walk, Mummy laughs out loud – and I get upset when she does. I can’t help myself and she thinks it’s hilarious.
Recently she asked the groomer to clean my anal glands and they suggested that it should be done by the vet. So when I did a couple of rug walks in the last week, she decided to take me to the vet. And sure enough I needed my anal glands done. 🙁
It wasn’t pleasant!

Oh, never mind. The treats are worth it!
May’s comment: She does look funny when she does that walk. Recent visit to the groomers – they refused to do it and suggested I take her to the vet. They do not seem to want to do much these days! 🙁 Darcy has not done the rug walk for a very long time because I think the groomers always did clean her anal glands. But since they refused she obviously needed them done.

Oh Miss Darcy! How very undignified. But, you must feel so much more comfortable now. My Molly hasn’t experienced this yet but I dare say her time will come. We missed your christmas meet-up at the weekend but will be looking out for the January date.
