It’s the last Sunday before Christmas! It seemed like only a short while ago when Mummy brought out the Advent wreath.
We did not know this before but it seems each candle has a meaning.
The First is called the Prophecy Candle – in remembrance of the prophets that foretold the coming of the Messiah. It represents hope.
The Second is called the Bethlehem Candle – and it represents love.
The Third is called the Shepherd’s Candle – and it represents joy.
And finally the Fourth is called the Angels Candle – and represents peace.
Happy Fourth Advent Sunday – so now – it’s four more days till Christmas!
