Mummy and Aunty Jane were trying the Halloween bandana on George …
When I got a little jealous that he had one and I didn’t. So I got mad and started to tug at it!
But it didn’t come off, so I kept pulling and tugging at it!
And started to pull him along as it was tied around his neck!
I know I shouldn’t have done that but I didn’t know what overcame me. I think I was jealous.
When Jane came, I always got all the attention and then that buster started getting in the way and Aunty Jane had given George the attention that was once all mine. Then they were fussing over him with the bandana – so I got really annoyed and wanted it for myself!!! And dinky George, well, he’s lightweight so I pulled him all the way out to the hallway before Mummy and Aunty Jane ran after us.
May’s comment: Well, that was one obvious reaction of Darcy’s jealousy. It wasn’t aggression, just Darcy trying to get the bandana that was giving George so much fuss. It was pretty funny except we were afraid it would hurt George.
