I’m Stacy’s assistant for the day! Zavia’s Mummy and co-founder of Hyde Park Cockapoo Friends is staying with us. She’s now living in Bali following her dream of being a fashion designer and writer. May’s comment: In early January, Stacy and I met when walking our cockapoos in Kensington Gardens. It was the beginning of many inspiring conversations about dreams and making them come true. I dreamt of writing but never believed I could. She urged me and encouraged me – and while I still have to write the long overdue book, my heart did follow a desire to write about my dog’s life in London. And since February 2013, I started to give Miss Darcy a voice – first through a February Letter which gave me the idea to write a blog. And by April I started writing and launched Miss Darcy’s Adventures in May 2013. I’ve never had more fun and I learnt to see things from a different perspective.
All this began the day our cockapoos met – Darcy and Zavia – still best of friends even though they rarely see each other.
