We were woken up this morning by the howling winds, so loud that we growled at the strange noise.
What’s going on? Went to the window to have a look and it seems we’re in the eye of a storm – storm Katie has moved in.
“It’s not looking good,” said George
Think it’s a lie-in morning.
But despite weather conditions, we still had to go out – the downside of living in a flat in a big city. And boy! It was a calamity out there!
Potted plants were blown over everywhere!
Debris blown all over the place
And we must have found the last of disposed Christmas trees – poor little thing, all by itself, blown about in the storm.
Business done, time to go home. Mummy said, these are the times when we really needed our coats!
May’s comment: First day home and had great idea of a long walk with doggies in the park … alas, not! Think we’re home bound. But when you live in a flat, you still have to take the doggies out.
Was I complaining that Koh Samui was too hot? Suppose this is Spring weather but we expect showers, not storms!

Hi
Stay safe guys.
Love your blog. Can you tell me where you got Miss Darcy’s and Georges coats from please?
Hi Sue, I had them made! We designed them in several patterns because we didn’t couldn’t find anything we liked. X
