It’s Sunday and we woke up in a church!

No need to leave the premises, we are already in a church. Hallelujah!

We came up to West Yorkshire to visit Mummy’s friend, Alison. She lives in a church …
Not a chapel … A Church of England kind of church! In other words, H-U-G-E!

Inside, there are stained glass windows. Isn’t that crazy?!?!?!And in the chancel area of the church. We loved running up and down the stairs – there are lots of themAnd we loved running around the church yard.More like charging!
And yes, it was fenced it so George couldn’t do what he loves doing.

Yikes! That little black dog’s silhouette … he scared the hell out of us standing there like that.  We thought we had to pray for help!

May’s comment: Visiting Alison in West Yorkshire for a little De Beers reunion – along with Janet.  Alison live in The Church of All Saints, a Gothic style building of stone built in 1870. The windows are all stained and it consists of a chancel, nave, transept and a clock tower. There once was a lofty spire that had six bells. Amazing space inside!  Thanks Alison and Rich for letting us enjoy it.
