Her Majesty The Queen had sent us a note of thanks –
“I send you my grateful thanks for your kind message in the occasion of the Seventieth Anniversary of my Ascension to the Throne. Elizabeth R, 2022“
Mum had sent Her Majesty a congratulatory note from all of us, including Darcy for the Platinum Jubilee.
May’s comment: In the past whenever we have sent her birthday cards, she always sent a thank you note, so it didn’t surprise us to receive this one.
We made our own card this time.
