Impostor’s Adventures in Ko Samui

IMG_0311

You know my little buddy, Little Tyke? I haven’t seen him since January but Impostor went with Mummy on her trip to Ko Samui. She’s been there for almost two weeks and had lots of adventures that I sure wish I had.

Impostor met a lot of people including Little Tyke’s sister, Mini Tyke.  She’s just learning to walk and she’ very smart – she knows Impostor is not a real dog and she told Mummy that.IMG_0602This is Mini Tyke with Little Tyke and their MummyIMG_0440And this is Little Tyke’s Daddy.P1020240They live in a lovely house – this is actually the reason why Mummy was so often in Ko Samui last year as she was working with Little Tyke’s Daddy on these two houses.IMG_0506 It definitely has an amazing view. If I were there, I might have jumped into the pool but Impostor, well, he would just get very wet and dissolve into mush!P1020191Little Tyke’s Daddy drove them around to many places. Sometimes Impostor sat with him in the driver’s seat- Mummy wouldn’t let me do that.P1020236 Sometimes Impostor sat with Mummy in the back.P1020211Sometimes Impostor sat with Little TykeIMG_0392They went to many restaurants – they allow Impostor in only because as you know she’s not real!

This is David at The Journal Bistro – they serve a really good English BreakfastP1020218This is Dali from Magnolia Cafe – they serve the best cakes in Ko Samui, I was told.IMG_0453Of course they go to their favourite Thai restaurants too.IMG_0336 And sometimes Little Tyke gets tired and would fall asleep in the restaurant, soImpostor would stand guard over him.IMG_0334Impostor even got to go on a Big Hoe one day.IMG_0310Impostor also met Mulan – a poodle cross and a very happy dog.IMG_0553Anyway, do I wish I was there – of course! But it would have been very difficult. For one, I wouldn’t have been allowed into the restaurants and so I would have had to stay home alone all the time. And when the humans are out, they would have to leave the air conditioner on for me. There aren’t many places for me to run freely – and besides the locals might not like me very much.  It would have been them against me! And of course the weather would be too hot.

So Impostor got to see and do all those fun things with Mummy. And I had a wonderful time at the House of Mutt!
