Muffin’s Journey to Norway

Muffin

My friend Muffin the Sproodle (Springer Spaniel and Poodle) has finally arrived in Norway after a long road trip. This is Muffin with Caroline on a lake near Farsund.

Muffin’s family took her with them on their summer holiday and because of that, they drove all the way from London to Norway. Long the way, they found dog-friendly hotels where they stayed – and Muffin wanted to share them with me as Mummy’s thinking of taking me to Denmark.

As we did, they took the Eurotunnel across to the continent.  Their first stop – Brussels where they stayed at the Steigenberger Grand Hotel.IMG_3527Muffin had breakfast with her family – but she’s in my usual position – looking up from under the table.photo-218

Their next stop was Hamburg.  They stayed at the Louis C. Jacob Hotel – again under the table as they had dinner at the Wine Bar of the hotel.unnamed-2The hotel is right in front of the Elbe River and she got to watch the boats go past.unnamed-3Next stop – Aarhus in Denmark. This time she stayed at a truly dog-friendly hotel – Scandic Aarhus City Hotel. She had dinner and breakfast at The Grill hotel restaurant.unnamed-29

Finally on Day 4- they have arrived at their destination in Norway … and she’s finally out of the car and playing ball in the fields!photo-221FREEEEDOM!unnamed-31 unnamed-30Thanks, Muffin for letting us know about all these hotels! Have a great summer and see you back here in September?

Lots of love to your family.
