Mum’s wearing and loving her latest rain coat. And it’s from a doggy lifestyle brand!
It’s twinning for us …
But George has one too. What do you call that when the three of us are matching?
May’s comment: My world has definitely changed. I never thought I would wear a raincoat from a dog brand!
But this isn’t just any dog brand. It is after all Cloud7. I have always admired their things and when we started working with them on www.Pet-Edition.com – I became more aware of their range of products but never thought I would ever buy anything for myself – until they came out with this appropriately named – the London Raincoat.
As you know I don’t promote products on our blog but we share our positive experiences on food, places to eat, places we’ve visited and every now and then share our experiences about products. But this is one I felt compelled to write about – a raincoat that I found so perfect for dog owners.
I love that it is light in weight and breathable. And oh so practical for our recent travel.
It folded up flat – and along with Darcy’s coat, they packed neatly in my roller bag. And there’s a lot of thoughtfulness that went into it.
It is water repellant, wind-proof and the two rows of poppers meant you can easily layer for keeping warm on collar days without compromising on the fit. I’ve worn it with a light-weight down jacket for layering.
There are two deep pockets for the all important mobile phone and poo bags on doggy walks. There’s also a compartment for treats which is detachable and separately washable.
But I didn’t know that as I don’t carry treats with me. I use it for my keys and card holder!
There’s also a backpack strap for when the weather turns unexpectedly warm, the coat can be worn comfortably on the back.
The hood makes it a proper raincoat – for that drizzle, no need for an umbrella.
You can buy the London raincoat and the matching raincoat for your pooches in khaki or grey on www.Pet-Edition.com
The dog raincoat is also water-repellant. The belly protection can be closed variably by velcro.
A reflective element on the collar makes your dog visible in the dark winter time. A cord stopper and draw-strings around the collar and body of the raincoat makes it adjustable for a perfect fit.
The twinning look also comes in grey.
This is not a paid advert. Purely because I think this is such a perfect coat for dog walking – I wanted to share it!
The Human Raincoat is £180.00. The Dog Raincoat ranges from £62.90 – £89.90
