You know how exhausting it is for us pooches after a run around at the Hyde Park meet – so we found some places just walking distance for us to sit and rest – and for you humans too should you be going home south of the park! The first stop closest to the park is The Milestone Hotel – just south of Kensington Gardens. Doggies are welcomed and they can serve lunch in the conservatory – but you must make reservations.
At Coco Momo there’s seating outside AND inside by the bar area. There were even flowers to welcome us! Across the street from Coco Momo, you can also sit outside at Fait Maison And there’s even a Pet Pavilion further along where you can buy treats for us! There are a few pubs along the way – The Gloucester Arms And The Hereford ArmsBut if you want something Italian, well, we have two options. At Brutti & Boni, you can also practice your Italian! Just as we were saying how lovely they are, George proceeded to mark the sign! And we just found out that Da Mario Restaurant are happy to have us inside – as well as a tiny outside seating area.
And of course Caffe Nero.May’s comment: We’ll have to investigate dog friendly places north of the park another day.
See you all at the next Hyde Park Cockapoo Meet this Sunday, 26th April at 10.30am behind the Serpentine Gallery. It is the London marathon but they are not running through the park and by the time we’re done, I think the fastest runner might be getting to the finish line!
