Little Tyke reading up on How To Be A Dog by Jo Williamson
And we’re helping him by example. We showed him some of the tricks that the book suggested that dogs should learn –
“Paw” – that’s easy
We also know how to do “Please” – some hoomans call it “beg.” Mummy thinks that’s demeaning! LOL!
“Lie” – well, we can lie back-to-back
Or side-by-side
“Twirl” – got that down – easy peasy!
“Balance” – do they mean balance on something
Or to balance something on my head?
Hey, they didn’t say anything about doing puzzles!
They listed a few other tricks like “sing” and “dance” – well, we can’t quite “sing” nor “dance” but Little Tyke gave us the thumbs up!
Because none of all those things that we like to do or suppose to do really matters as long as we are with our BEST friend!
May’s comment: Sweet little book – Sasha is learning to read so how better to combine the two! 🙂
And yes, this is Darcy staying absolutely still to balance the crown on her head!

Boy, Miss Darcy, you really know a lot of tricks and I loved the video of you twirling!
That picture of Little Tyke with Darcy and George all wearing their reading glasses is precious. It’s incredible how well you’ve trained your fur babies. You are a dog whisperer.
Miss Darcy you’re such a clever girl! ☺️
