Show off your skills at The Big Woof – a Bank Holiday weekend extravaganza from 26 – 27 August dedicated to our favourite furry friends and their humans.
You will have a chance to show off your skills and tricks! There will be three competitions on both Saturday and Sunday starting at 12.30 in Coal Drops Yard. And amazing prizes to be won!
The first competition of the day is MUSICAL SIT! Being the most basic and usually the first thing we learn to do, the challenge has arisen to see who sits best – and fastest.
Mum is putting together some of her favourite songs and as the music plays, human and doggos will walk around the show ring in a circle. Once the music stops, all bums to the ground! And whoever sits last will be eliminated. And so the heat is on, literally and figuratively, as to who can put their bum to the ground quickest and the winner is the last one sitting!!!

The HAPPIEST WAGGY TAIL comes next. Wagging tails is a universal language amongst us – we all wag our tails when we’re happy – though in different ways. My tail goes side to side or around in circles – depending on the situation.
At the competition, the each doggo will meet the Judges and let’s hope they’ll be happy to meet them! And how do we measure wagginess? We might have to find a wag-o-meter to measure the speed of tail wagging!

May’s comment: Come and enjoy a weekend of doggy fun at The BIG WOOF at King’s Cross. The free event Dog Show/Competition will take place on both days, starting at 12.30 pm.
The first prizes are amazing! Including a photography session with Raven Imagery, an A4 custom pet portrait by Woof Portraits, a drawing by DOGSDOGSCATSDOGS, a personalised pet embroidery sweater by Hoop n Loop and Spa Days for your Pooch at Urban Mutts.
