Saturday morning, with nothing planned, Mummy said, let’s go to the park for walkies with friends.
We walked along the Embankment to Chelsea Bridge – waiting for Mac and Maisy to join us.
We walked across the bridge and into Battersea Park, not a park we frequent but Mummy thought a change of scene would be nice.
So many doggies around and quickly we spotted this cutie pie, 
Sacha, a six month-old brown labradoodle!
And invited her to come to out Doodle meets in Hyde Park.
A brief interruption to our walk before we reached the Pear Tree Cafe – and was happily greeted by Barnaby-poo and our new friend, Buxton!
And in my excitement, I jumped up on the table to seek food! LOL!
We wanted George to meet Buxton – and thought he will find himself a new mate and not always be the odd one out in our cockapoo outings.
Buxton is a rescue from Battersea Dogs and Cats home. 
He’s a real sweetie and full of beans!
It was such a lovely day and we hung out for a while
Mac and Maisy gave chase, and I was the fun police!
We walked on and along the way, we did some agility!
And when Mummy was walking too slowly, I went to tell her off.
And just as we were coming to the end of our walk, we walked past the Peace Pagoda – and saw that something was going on. We went to check it out.
While George inquired about some Bhuddist loving.
And of course, we needed another group photo by the Peace Pagoda.
We learnt that it was the 33rd Anniversary Celebration of the London Peace Pagoda. And we couldn’t resist having a picture taken with the monk – and of course he obliged! 
How could he resist six cuties? LOL!
What a lovely day it was spending the morning walk with friends.
May’s comment: Six doggies and lots of talking amongst friends. I don’t usually go to Battersea for various reasons but decided to have a change of scene and when I least expected it, we had one of the nicest days.
