Something to call his own

A very, very large box arrived for Georgie. The box was so big it was, well easily, bigger than he is. We were all curious as to what could be inside of it. And we found a hamper of gifts from Pet Plan just for George – to welcome him to his home (of 2+months) –Wow! What a lucky boy he is.

And a lovely note. I think there’s something for each of us as well. There were two toys – surely George can’t play with two do I assume one is for me. And there are three balls – one for George, one for me and one for Mummy to throw. Mummy also got a mug and notepad. But the thing she loved the most is the Alessi Lula Jar – she’s been wanting that for awhile and couldn’t justify buying another dog treat container when she already has two. So she was really pleased.And we can also see what’s inside the jar!

But I think the best pressie for George is his own bed.  He’s been sleeping on my cushions and blankets, so now he has a place to call his own. And he fits perfectly in it. Thank you Petplan for thinking about George and making him feel even more at home.

P.s. And it fits the home decor. Phew!
