Who’s a Big Baby?

IMG_2064

Guess who has come to stay for a couple of days?

CHAR-LEEEEE!

aka THE BIG CRY BABY. Why?

If Mum is to ever leave us even for 15 minutes – when she comes home, he gives her the guilt trip. He has to be held and Mum has to sit with him

and he would cry and howl – for awhile before he quietens down.

And poor George tries to get in the act but Charlie will have nothing of it.

Charlie takes over completely.

This is where he sits when we’re watching telly.

This is bed time. Charlie takes my place and I am at the end of the bed – as well as George.

This is what Mum wakes up to.

He gets double our portion of food!

In between all the cuddling, we’ve even taught him to do some tricks. LOL!

Charlie and I are ok.

George is a little wary of him – he plays rough and George feels small. But we all get on fine.

He’s our Charlie. We still love him because when he’s gone, we still have our Mum.

May’s comment: Charlie has been a part of our lives from when he was a pup. These days he visit us infrequently but whenever he does, we have the best cuddles.

  1. When Charlie was howling, my dog Gina ran over to my Kindle and cocked her head one way and then another until he stopped!

  2. How lovely to see Charlie again. I have a soft spot for him, he’s such a character. He won me over with the way he greets his daddy.??

    1. You remember! Such a character! When I think my two have personalities – they pale in comparison.
