Zebedee, where are you?

IMG_2839

I was so looking forward to seeing Zebedee when we went to visit Bob and Pernilla.

After we arrived at Hayward Heath by train, we drove through lovely country side to his home. It seems it’s only when I am out in the countryside that I get to feel the wind in my face.IMG_2821

I’ve been here a few times before – so I ran into the garden excitedly looking for Zeb IMG_2825 Where are you Zebedee?IMG_2826Aunty Pernilla, where is Zebedee?IMG_2827He’s staying somewhere else this week due to some re-arrangement?  Oh, really?

Well, ok then, I guess I’ll just have to explore the garden on my own.IMG_2835 Whoa! I see something that looks interesting!IMG_2842Ahh, it got away.IMG_2846After all the chasing, it’s also nice to sit quietly in the peacefulness of the garden. I don’t get to do this much in the city – too noisy with cars, construction and many busy people. Even the parks are not conducive for staying still to observe the world – too many dogs will come sniffing.  But here, in the stillness of the woods, there’s much to observe and to listen out for. IMG_2831Until Mummy interrupts my thoughts with a potent word – “Supper!” IMG_2840So where’s my supper?IMG_2838
