GULP! Do Dinosaurs like/eat dogs?

We’ve never been allowed into museums in London, so when Mummy found out that there are a few dog-friendly ones in Dorchester, well, we had to go! While in Dorchester we found a few of them that are very welcoming …First, the Dinosaur MuseumGeorge was looking a little afraidDon’t worry Georgie, I’m here with you. And actually, this could be interesting as it’s a museum full of bones … Wonder how we can get to themGULP! All those bones make up pretty big monsters!
Poor Georgie was so scared. But we found out that they are just very LARGE and terrible lizards.Must make note to tell Little Tyke that.

We weren’t the only four-legged types at the museum. There was a big one –Oh, and then another! Two of them!!! After the scary Dinosaur Museum, we went to another that is more sedate. The Teddy Bear Museum. We went from room to room looking at the teddy bears all dressed up …

This is Edward Bear (Daddy Bear) Mummy Bear in the kitchen Grandma Bear inner rocking chair Who’s he?And this has to be Lazy Bear There were lots and lots of bears all over the place. Unlike the dinosaurs, these were not scary.I really couldn’t find another I liked more than my Teddy at home. Nor did I find one that resembled him. Maybe we should send them one for the collection.

The Dinosaur Museum in Dorchester, solely devoted to dinosaurs is great for children and they are dog-friendly!!!  There are ‘fleshed-out’ dinosaur reconstructions – including T rex, Stegosaurus and Triceratops. The Dinosaur Museum is part of the Jurassic Coast experience. It is located at Icen Way, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1EW

The Dorset Teddy Bear Museum in Dorchester is a dog-friendly family museum. It features Edward Bear and his family of people-sized bears, in Teddy Bear House. It showcases the earliest antique teddy bears to today’s TV favourites.  It is located at Eastgate, corner of High East St. & Salisbury St., Dorchester, Dorset. DT1 1JU.
