Dear God,
Please give Kizzy the strength to pull through this night. Please heal her from the dreadful virus. Please let her open her eyes when the sun rises tomorrow and make her tail wag again when she sees her Mummy tomorrow.
This is all we ask. Please. x
May’s comment: Kizzy is only a few weeks old and had just arrived at her home a few days before. She became very ill on Monday and had been diagnosed with Parvovirus. She is fighting for her life. Please pray for her. Her Mummy is keeping us all informed of her situation. Thousands of prayers have been sent heavenward by wonderful caring people in the cockapoo world – at times like these, we want to believe in miracles. xxx

Lots of love for Kizzy from Lucca, who also had this illness when he was a few months old, and made a full recovery. X
Healing prayers for a precious fur baby from Bailey and his owner Deb x
We’re thinking of this poor little mite – I do hope all’s well now. And you have to ask who her breeder/seller was? It’s appalling that these pups are being brought up in conditions where parvo is rife… And a plea from me – do make sure all your dogs are up to date with their annual boosters. It’s amazing how many much much loved dogs aren’t which just puts them at risk. Parvo is, unfortunately, out there ….
Quick update … Today is the first day the Vets are optimistic with caution. Kizzy sat up once. She had no diarrhoea and have managed to keep her food down. She even put up some resistance when they gave her meds. Her heart rate was up from 88 to 110. Her immune system is very low so they have to make sure she does not pick up anything else during this time. All prayers still needed to see her through this stage of recovery. But it’s working – please say a prayer for her. x
Oh dear me. Wot a poor little wee girlie. How on earth could this have happened? Sarah is quite right. We owe it to our best friends to look after them, they cannot. Kizzy is soooo pretty. God willing she will make it May.
