A Special Visitor for George

IMG_9549

Jenni and Alastair came to pay George a visit.  We met them at Hyde Park …IMG_9539We had met Jenni the day George arrived at South Mimms.  And she has her own rescue too from Hungary.  As they’re in London, they wanted to say hello.IMG_9547But George did not quite behave himself. His recall has been quite rubbish ever since he learnt about squirrels (from me).

After letting George off the lead to give him some freedom, he bolted on and on and on chasing squirrels and pigeons – forgetting his name!

So Jenni and Mummy spent half the time chasing after him in the vast park!!! It was only after he caught sight of Mummy that he responded to his name. He is such a monkey! So he’s not going off lead ever again till he has 100% recall. He was so good to begin with and then he spoilt it for himself. Well, I guess I am suppose to be blamed for part of it.
