A short walk from Victoria Station, Eccleston Yards is an open-air mall in Belgravia located between Eccleston Place, Eccleston Street, Ebury Street and Elizabeth Street.
It had undergone an exciting regeneration and since it’s opening in the summer of 2018, Eccleston Yards has become an urban oasis dedicated to innovation in food, fashion, co-working and wellbeing.
Life at the Yards revolves around a central courtyard, providing off street outdoor dining spaces and room for an array of events from Sunday farmers markets to live music, yoga, screenings and art exhibitions.
There are not-on-the-high-street shops as well as Barry’s Bootcamp, Hotpod Yoga, as well as Re:Mind, London’s first ever meditation studio, SMUK – a contemporary beauty parlour offering various treatments and lifestyle services.

EATING at Eccleston Yards. Of course eateries are very much a part of the Eccleston offer. And all the restaurants and cafes are dog-friendly.

Wild by Tart – Dogs welcome and encouraged!!! That is on their website and it is indeed true!
The menu showcases a sustainable and seasonal approach to food, with a focus on charcoal grills and wood oven. They source all our ingredients locally, and where possible from Jemima and Lucy’s respective farms in Somerset and Northumberland. Mum said everything they ordered was different and delicious!

Wild by Tart is a neighbourhood restaurant set within a multipurpose space. Housed in a former power station and coal store, the 9,000 sq. ft site combines a restaurant, bar, coffee kiosk, retail store, events space, and photography studio.
Nestled within the restaurant, the Wild Store offers an immersive shopping experience for customers. Tart London have designed their own range of homeware, taking inspiration from their favourite brands and travels abroad. From cutlery to crockery, starry glasses to napkins, all items used in the restaurant are sold in the shop.

The Jones Family Kitchen – Modern British steakhouse in fully refurbished historical site has become known for its premium cuts of meat cooked on Josper grills. We stopped for lunch – yup! It sure was good!

And just around the corner is Ole & Steen – the Danish bakery offers a local take on Danish classics. Each dish – from sourdoughs to salads – features thoughtfully sourced seasonal ingredients.

Not forgetting MasterPeace – an art studio which practices mindfulness through painting. MasterPeace is an art school run by a team of 20 artists. Painting is a form of meditation, or mindfulness. The focus is not on what the pieces end up looking like, it’s about helping create to an environment where painting can be enjoyed as a way to relax and unwind. There’s of course Overglam – a doggy outfitter who’s goal is to eradicate boring design! Visiting Overglam was how we first discovered Eccleston Yards.

Eccleston Yards is evolving all the time. Even though we’ve been there many times, we still find something new each time we visit. And what do you know … Eccleston Yards is just around the corner from one of our favourite – Elizabeth Street. More about that later – so much to tell.
May’s comment: Eccleston Yards in Belgravia opened in 2018 where independent thinking, well-being, creativity and community spirit are the four pillars that makes this courtyard what it is.
There are so many neighbourhoods in London – and yet in recent years, there has been so many regeneration of areas of an ever changing city. We hope to keep finding more about these different neighbourhoods.
