We went to check out this year’s Pavilion at the Serpentine Galleries in Kensington Garden.
It has been described as an “unzipped wall” that “is transformed from straight line to three-dimensional space.”
It sure wasn’t a straight line and it was at a dizzying height as well as lots of cubes …
So we thought we would check out the cubes …
And under all these cubes is a dramatic structure which houses a cafe – but it wasn’t open today so we didn’t get to experience it – and yes, dogs are allowed inside on a leash.
May’s comment: This is the 16th Pavilion of the Serpentine Architecture Programme that is constructed at the Serpentine Gallery in Kensington Gardens. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG)
The Pavilion is open daily from 10am to 6pm.
