The Barking Hour

Last Thursday, we listened for the first time The Barking Hour on BBC London 94.9 – George was listening intently as the hour discussed dog rescues – the volunteers and people’s experiences with rescues.

Mark Jordan, top journalist talked about his rescue from Korea who was destined for the meat market. He spoke about his he managed to get his rescue back form Korea.

George is relating and telling us that he too escaped near death because someone from a Hungarian Shelter found him in the Killing Station and told Hungarian Dog Rescue about him. That’s how he came to be with us. IMG_5637

May’s comment: The Barking Hour is on every Thursday from 15.00-16.00 hosted by Jo Anne Good on BBC London 94.9.

I really enjoyed it and have become a fan of the show. For all dog lovers – this is totally something up our alley.
