Bobo’s Arrival

IMG_3804

While I was on my walk with Agnes, Bobo arrived in the UK.  Can’t promise Bobo if will still be the same UK – as when they first told him where he’ll be going. It might become smaller – but let’s hope not – because we like going to Scotland and I am sure you will like it.

They arrived at 13.00 – two hours earlier than planned. All the dogs went through DEFRA with no problems.  Mummy and Kim had just got to the South Mimms Service Center when the Transporter arrived.  And there they were!  Happy waggy tail dogs.IMG_3772IMG_3769 And here’s Bobo! Waggy tail, anxious to say hello! And I think Mummy’s heart melted.IMG_3767 The driver took him out of the crate and gave him a hug.IMG_3775 Kim said hello – and realised how teeny tiny he is.IMG_3776He is apparently such a loving little thing.  He was giving everyone kisses.

I look forward to meeting you soon!

May’s comment: When Kim and I saw the Transporter with the dogs, our hearts just melted. Every single one of them saved from Killing Stations in Hungary.  And when I saw Bobo, I could not believe what sweet soul he is. Yes, the heart went pitter patter. He’s tiny – much smaller than I expected him to be. He was clean except he did need a bath.  He was very nervous to begin with. He was absolutely rigid when he was in the car and didn’t relax all the way home. But not one bark, not interested even in treats. He was nervous. He would be – not knowing where on earth he was heading to.

And we then went on our first adventure before meeting Darcy!

  1. He looks adorable – fingers crossed its love at first sight between him and Miss Darcy!

  2. Oh my Gosh!! He is soooo cute and teeny! His name should be Tiny! Bobo means dumb in Spanish by the way and we are sure he is anything but! Ms Darcy, you and Mummy are the best most kind hearted people ever! Don’t know how you will give him up after a few days with him!

    1. That’s it! Name change required! Will not be calling him “dumb”!!! He is far from that – most sensitive and intelligent little thing. We thought – George! What do you think?

  3. We think he looks like a Winston, Oscar or maybe “Gatsby” or “Riley” since he will now be “living the life”! He is too cute! And looks so sweet!
