Christmas Wish List

What do you think we will find in our stocking, Georgie?

Let’s make a Wish List to help Mummy fill our stockings … with lots of treats.  Can you imagine a whole stocking full of them?!?!?!  Let’s see, what have we enjoyed …

1. Biscuits – we like those little gingerbread men biscuits  that Mummy used to get from a pet store in NYC or those lovely ones from Biscuiteers?
2. Venison Sausages – the ones they sell at Pet Pavilion?
3. Liver treats – from Beautiful Joe?
4. Chewy “bones”
5. A bigger Kong that can take on more treats
6. More biscuits
7. More sausages
8. More chewy things
9. A squirrel?!?!?!?
10. Maybe a new bed? You know how we both like to curl up in the one but there’s only place for one.

Don’t tell them but this is what I have in mind …

How about a new mind game for Miss D? Not another fluffy bunny but more interactive? Something from Nina Ottoson.  Have been looking at games and toys that will exercise the dog’s mind to help prevent boredom when at home.  Like this for example.  

Darcy had mastered her other puzzle so this could be the next challenge for her.

While Darcy is tired of her basket of toys, George is just discovering it.  He loves to play “come-catch-me” with them. So he doesn’t need any more new toys.  But he does deserve a proper leather buckle collar and lead.  He only has the snap-on ones.  It is time for an Alice Foxx collar and lead – and we’re having made just for him.

We love that the leather comes from the foremost tannery in Tuscany and it is vegetable tanned so it is very environmentally friendly. The hardware is also made in Italy. The edges of the collar are waxed and edge painted. Blue/navy is George’s colour – and the colour for the coming season.

Another dog bed?  Would be great if I could get just one big enough for the both of them to sit in but I don’t think Darcy’s into snuggling.  I rather liked the Cath Kidston flowery idea but there’s only one choice of fabric.  It wasn’t my choice of fabric. Might ask if they would do another.

And then I found something more colourful … 

It’s the Wonderful Woodland Range of luxury Beds from Danish Design – found on numerous sites. Happy colour and can see George when he’s sitting under the desk. 🙂

And of course there will always be treats – Dog Treats in the stocking.  Good quality, natural treats.

And how about some Blaze Orange Equafleeces?!?!?! So I can spot them when they run. I guess these are really for me rather than for them. Maybe these are their presents for Mummy! Yay!  I get one present.
