I was a little nervous to see you walk out the door today. I know that sometimes I can’t always go with you. This time I know I will be in good hands.
Victoria took good care of me. She got me to do tricks, and she took me out for my evening walk. I was very quiet as I wasn’t sure what was happening. I know you’ll be back but till then I wanted to be sure I behaved.
I was really glad to see you and I became my happy, playful self again!
Then you told me about your evening and am so glad you got to see your friends who gathered to remember a special someone.
May’s comment: About 50 of us gathered for a meal at Taverna Morigi to remember our leader, Giancarlo Livraghi from our days at the agency of Livraghi Ogilvy & Mather. He passed away a few weeks ago and many of us who worked together under his leadership wanted to get together for a memorial dinner. I left Darcy at home but wished I didn’t as so many were looking forward to meeting her.
We first gathered in front of our old offices at Piazza Santa Maria Beltrade.

All of us took a walk to Taverna Moriggi – one of Giancarlo’s favourite restaurants.

It was a lovely evening and for our next gathering in November, Darcy will definitely be joining the group!
