Joining Forces

IMG_2405

Yup! Barnaby joining forces with us to make London even more dog-friendly!!!We had our first venture together – we checked out Nr. 11 Pimlico Road.
We have walked past, driven past and rode past it on the bus – and often wondered if 11 Pimlico would let us in. Maybe we were just so happy with The Orange just down the road, that we never bothered to ask. We were simply delighted when Barnaby, our Instagram friend, said we should meet there for lunch. And what a lunch Mummy had!!! Chicken Pot Pie!I am sure we will be back! Mummy and Julie nattered away and before we knew it, we had to leave!  But Barnaby also told us to look into R Chocolate just further along. Can you believe it? A chocolatier and cafe – they waved us inside.Sweet little cafe. And conveniently we stopped by our favourite pet shop – Mungo & Maud We were dangerously out of dog treats … and Mummy grabbed the last of the Baby Bones (peanut butter)! And some Love Hearts (Fruit Smoothie). We were told the Baby Bones were the last two packets left in the whole of the UK!!! Thank you Mungo & Maud – we are now secured of our bedtime treats for awhile! And checking out what’s new in the store … a few new toys, I see.I think I know what George will be getting for Christmas! Yes, Christmas … we are after all in the first day of Autumn!

May’s comment: Strength in numbers! Let’s all keep finding even more dog-friendly restaurants and cafes.

11 Pimlico Road is an all-day dining experience focusing on freshly prepared food.  Not quite a bar and not quite a restaurant; but an eclectic marriage of the two. Ever so friendly staff and light, spacious elegant room made it even more easier for doggies to be in tow. Located at 11 Pimlico Rd, Belgravia, London SW1W 8NA

R Chocolates – a gourmet chocolate shop and patisserie with indoor and outdoor seating, from Chocolate boxes filled with truffles and caramels to chocolate bars & biscuits. Chocolate heaven! 198 Ebury St, Belgravia, London SW1W 8UN

Please let us know if you have found something new – we never tire of trying out new ones. We recently have a few recommendations – can’t wait to try them! The Althorp in Wandsworth and Knife Restaurant in Clapham.
