There are so many places up and down King’s Road that are dog-friendly.
And in recent months, there are four new destinations added to the long list of places – the long awaited reopening of Cadogan Arms, the wine merchant and bistro – 28-50 Chelsea, Charlotte’s Cloud and Knoops – a chocolate drinks bar!!!! Now that is amazing!
Cadogan Arms finally re-opened after the lockdown. We’ve waited and waited for it’s complete refurbishment and it was definitely worth waiting for.

With pubs closing at a rate of knots, it is quite refreshing to see the reopening of one. So thank you Cadogan Estates. This is a much welcomed addition to Kings Road – where there really aren’t too many pubs left in the neighbourhood.
Cadogan Arms is on the crossroads of the Kings Road & Old Church Street.
Across the street at 300 King’s Rd, London SW3 5UH is 28°-50° Wine Workshop and Kitchen Chelsea brings the magic of the group’s esteemed French and modern European cuisine and wine in a relaxed, wine-focused bar and restaurant offering a seasonally changing menu.
We like the pink bar stools and the rather large bottle of AIX rose!
Further along on the Kings Road, where it was once Matcha & Beyond, there in it’s place is Charlotte’s Cloud, a concept of an all-day-dining, neighbourhood café with a modern approach to your dining experience, delivering local, healthy, sustainable products for a good value. 191 King’s Rd, London SW3 5ED
And last but not least, there’s a shop of hot chocolate experts!
Yes, Knoops is experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate – a process they call ‘Knoopology’.
Mum had the 43% – she likes her milk chocolate.

Special mention re: the reopening of ‘The Cadogan Arms’ on the crossroads of the Kings Road & Old Church Street. The much-loved Chelsea institution restored to its former glory with an ambitious renovation that pays homage to the public houses’ two centuries spent serving the local community. ‘Hats off’ to the Cadogan Estates to reinstate a very necessary item of community.
As for Knoops! What an amazing idea!!! Enough of coffee places – we need hot chocolate – and in the coming colder months, I think we will be stopping there … a lot! LOL!
