While Mummy fusses about before she finally settles for the night, I lay amongst my other poos and wait for her to say it’s ok to jump onto her bed.
So when she gets into bed, I get ready to be beckoned …
OK to go up?
Up I go …
Oh, it’s been a long time in the waiting … and I’m tired …
I lay down on my side, on my own pillow … checking that Mummy’s all snuggled in as well –
Ahhh, finally! Night-night!

Love this, Betty does similar. When we go up to bed she usually jumps straight into her bed. Then sheoften jumps onto my bed when I’m in the bathroom and sits on my side of the bed til I get in when she moves over to her side and settles down against her pillow. She does like to come and have a cuddle with me in the morning too. I love having her there when I’m in bed though. X

Mummy’s friends cannot believe I get to sleep in her bed. Actually come to think of it – Mummy never ever dreamt that a pooch would end up in her bed!

Miss Darcy,my little Mimi cuddles up with me like you do with your Mummy at night,but she also brings Teddy with her and takes up more bed than necessary.
That’s nice! I take my teddy for walks sometimes – a bit of a distraction for me but Mummy thinks it’s cute. x
