From The Palace

IMG_2730

Soon after Buckingham Palace announced the passing of The Queen last year on the 8th September, rainbows appeared in the skies above the Palace and Windsor Castle.

It was as if all the doggies in Heaven, especially her corgis were there at the Rainbow Bridge to welcome the Queen. And with the help of some photoshopping from Alice from @DogsDogsCatsDogs and using the rainbow from – this was how we imagined our friends met The Queen.

We made that image into cards and left one with the flowers at Green Park.

And we also sent them to the King and the Prince and Princess of Wales with messages of condolences.

A few weeks ago, we received a thank you note from His Majesty King Charles III.

We had also received a thank you from The Prince and Princess of Wales.

She lives on in our memories.
