Happy Days

It’s been happy days at the House of Mutt for almost a month.

But the day has come for me to go home.

During the whole time I’ve been here, I’ve made some new friends but more importantly, I was able to spend time with this little pup.

I shared some life experiences with her, showed her how to behave in shops and all that lies ahead of her.

We went exploring in the deep dark woods.

It’s been fun getting to know you and spending time with all the other doodles.

But I have to go, buddy.

I will miss you but I am also looking forward to being home with Mum. That’s also my happy place. Because life is what we make it – you can choose to be happy wherever you are.

So here I come, Mum!

Oh, I forgot, there’s a car service … LOL!

And soon George will be back – and then we’ll all be together again for Lockdown #2.

So we’re not going back to the best of circumstances and Mum had cancelled some of the staycations in the coming months. Wonder if Mum has any more projects lined up for the coming month of lockdown

May’s comment: As we start national lockdown #2 on Thursday, I am looking forward to having my two pups back home. So just like back in March, it will be just the three of us. And oh yes, I am project ready after having spend the last couple of months decluttering and reorganising, now it’s time to buckle down and focus.

Whatever happens in the coming months, let us be there for each other and we will make it through together.

Thank you House of Mutt for giving Darcy such a happy time while she’s been with you.
