Rusty was all excited yesterday! He had a birthday in November but we did not get to celebrate it with him, so his Mummy had a party for him yesterday.
He was looking out the window with his “friends”, all excited about his friends arriving.
It was all so waggy tails to see Rusty and Lucca again. So much excitement.
We met a new doggy called Poppy and her Mummy. Poppy’s a little shih-tzu and they thought she would be a good playmate for George.
What have you got for us, Martine?
Then we saw the roast chicken birthday cake!!!
Rather, smell that cake!
But the humans had to howl, I mean sing the birthday song before we were allowed any of the cake!
We each had a piece of it …
So much for the plates – we grabbed our piece and gobbled it up.
George gobbled up his, of course and looking around for crumbs.
When the humans sat down for lunch –
The doggies went over to see what they have for us.
I had already checked out the table and wasn’t really interested in the salads the humans were having – so I went looking for more, more, more of that roast chicken cake.
I then got a telling off by Jocelyne for trying to find more food – she told me I would be a fatty bum-bum! And that I would not fit into any of my coats.
So I went up to her to see if I can find some food on her plate. 🙂
But then there was dessert … everything that’s shaped like a bone is for us, I gathered.
And there were party favours. This is what I call a real party!!!
It was altogether a lovely Birthday lunch – us three poos – Lucca, Rusty and me! And there was George and Poppy of course!
George got lots of hugs for being dinky and cute …
And for being not a cockapoo! Too many of us around. 🙂
May’s comment: Thank you Martine and Rusty for having us at your birthday party!
We had a lovely time! Nice selfie!

That looks amazing! Love, love, love the video! Happy Birthday Rusty!
Louise, we’ll let you know the next time we’re up in Hampstead. We have to go and try the new restaurant.
