Rusty, that was quite a party!

Rusty

Rusty was all excited yesterday! He had a birthday in November but we did not get to celebrate it with him, so his Mummy had  a party for him yesterday.

He was looking out the window with his “friends”, all excited about his friends arriving. photo-3It was all so waggy tails to see Rusty and Lucca again.  So much excitement.photo 2We met a new doggy called Poppy and her Mummy. Poppy’s a little shih-tzu and they thought she would be a good playmate for George.photo 1What have you got for us, Martine?IMG_0026-2Then we saw the roast chicken birthday cake!!!
IMG_0190Rather, smell that cake!IMG_0022-2But the humans had to howl, I mean sing the birthday song before we were allowed any of the cake!

We each had a piece of it …photo 2-2So much for the plates – we grabbed our piece and gobbled it up. IMG_0215George gobbled up his, of course and looking around for crumbs.
photo 4When the humans sat down for lunch –IMG_0217The doggies went over to see what they have for us.IMG_0219 IMG_0233 George LickingI had already checked out the table and wasn’t really interested in the salads the humans were having – so I went looking for more, more, more of that roast chicken cake.IMG_0188I then got a telling off by Jocelyne for trying to find more food – she told me I would be a fatty bum-bum! And that I would not fit into any of my coats.IMG_0230So I went up to her to see if I can find some food on her plate. 🙂IMG_0226But then there was dessert … everything that’s shaped like a bone is for us, I gathered.IMG_0232And there were party favours. This is what I call a real party!!!IMG_0223It was altogether a lovely Birthday lunch – us three poos – Lucca, Rusty and me!  And there was George and Poppy of course!

IMG_0239George got lots of hugs for being dinky and cute …IMG_0222And for being not a cockapoo! Too many of us around. 🙂photo 5May’s comment: Thank you Martine and Rusty for having us at your birthday party! IMG_0242We had a lovely time! Nice selfie!photo

    1. Louise, we’ll let you know the next time we’re up in Hampstead. We have to go and try the new restaurant.
