I get the feeling that there are a lot of cockapoos in the world I live in. We were invited to tea with Sammy (an apricot cockapoo) the other day
We were invited to dinner at Miuccia’s (a blue roan cockapoo)
Charlie and Jaffa came to play
And they were all hanging out with Mummy in her office.
All tired out because they had a nice long walk – together.
I was feeling a little – not part of the pack. So I went to sit by myself in the living room –
away from them, to gather my own thoughts when along came Charlie –
“Why are you sitting here by yourself, Georgie?“
Oh, nothing, Charlie. Just having some quiet time.
Along came my big sister, Darcy. She looked at me and walked away.
She said – “Oh, Georgie, get over it. Stop sulking.”
Then Jaffa came to see what I was doing too – and she said, “Why don’t you want to play with me, Georgie?“
Well, Jaffa, I thought you have a crush on Charlie. I am a little jealous that you were trying so hard to get his attention. I am feeling a little hurt. I know I am small and not as handsome as Charlie, but we’re suppose to be best mates. You’re my girl.
Mummy had some hooman friends over for supper and guess who else came along? More cockapoos – Stanley and Lucca!
They played with each other and I tried to be a part of their play but they totally ignored me.
And they got all the hugs.
Lucca getting all the loving from his mummy and daddy
And Stanley too.
Look, even Charlie got a hug from Stanley’s daddy
Oh, ok I got some hugs too.

May’s comment: Little Georgie was a little overwhelmed with all these cockapoos. I think he was also sulking that he was left when they went for a big walk with the dog walker. He always sits in my office with me and follows me to the toilet every time. But even that has been usurped by Charlie who follows me everywhere. George is a little sensitive. He would fight for attention when it’s Darcy but he seems to stand back and watches Charlie take over.

Poor Georgie, it’s not easy being the odd one out, and who told you, you are not as handsome as Charlie?!?! You’re a very handsome man about town George.
Haha~ Georgie felt a little left out!
Poor George! But it’s good to be different. I’m sure Jaffa’s still his best buddy!!! Lots of virtual hugs from me George. Xxx
Oh Georgeous! It’s good to be different. Everyone can pick you out in a crowd but sssshhhhh, don’t tell mummy, sometimes, when all the poos are together, I can’t tell who’s who!
