Savour the day!

We were just asking ourselves that question yesterday when the sun came out! Technically we’re into Autumn!

As sunny days are precious we made the most of finding places to sit outside.  We were having Sunday brunch with Sara and as she has never been to the Chiltern Firehouse we went back there.IMG_2960And just like the last time, they brought us the most ornate dog bowl of water!IMG_2973George decided to see what the others were having at the next table.IMG_2949But when the food arrived at our table, IMG_2952his attention quickly turned back to what he might be able to steal from the plates …IMG_2951And he almost got Sarah’s Egg Benedict. After that he was not allowed on the bench any more and was relegated down to my level.IMG_2957May’s comment: Looks like a spell of sunshine ahead of us! Hooray! The last bit of summer. Soaking it all in!photo 1-7At Chiltern Firehouse – 1 Chiltern St, Marleybone, London W1U 7PA
