It was Spooktacular!

And there we were … doodles in Halloween costume for our Halloween Meet last Sunday! Despite the threatening skies and earlier rain, we got dressed and we played and

We had fun chasing and dancing …

We had prizes for the best costumes. And the winners were –

May’s comment: Amazingly in the eight years of Doodle Meets, we have been amazingly lucky with the weather. And once again, this past Sunday, the rain stopped at 11am!

And this was the first time ever that our Hyde Park Halloween Meet was actually on the day itself.

Darcy’s costume was not planned. She had an operation to remove a few cysts and she needed a cone. So I got her a sunflower cone and the green Equafleece completed her outfit.

As for George, this is his recycled costume for four years in a row. The spider still makes everyone laugh.
