A couple of weeks ago, we went all the way to Shoreditch to a 3D printing shop. We didn’t quite understand what that meant. There wasn’t much to look at in the studio – just some mini figurines of people and a dog.
But when we went downstairs to the basement we saw this rather odd set-up. Mummy asked me to go and stand on the mat in middle of all these cameras.I was sitting down but Mummy asked me to stand up and to STAY! We had to stand very still – for 3 seconds!
George wasn’t so sure about all of that even though he did stand very still for 3 seconds but his tail was down.Last Friday, Mummy and I went all the way back to Shoreditch to pick up the final product! Is that what I look like?!?!?!And that’s me and George!Captured exactly as we had posed – George with his tail down!
May’s comment: Working on a little art project – needed to get figurines of us done. The idea of 3D printing still blows my mind!
It even managed to capture their fluffiness and their expression perfectly. No need for sculptures!
