I was off for my big walk and Charlie was off to Praewa’s …
Little Georgie – says – I want to go too!
We were all heading off in different directions …
And George was going to Selfridges with Mummy!
He wasn’t so keen as he had to be carried the whole time he was there. I’ve been in there once when we were on the search for the Paddington Bears. I did look a little ridiculous in Mummy’s arms going through the store – lots of smiles from shoppers as we went up the escalators.
But when they’re sitting down somewhere in the store, Georgie could go on the floor. He just couldn’t walk around on the lead.
The shoe gallery was of no interest to George.
But Mummy thought he could be a good Tom Ford model.
Well, Georgie I know you would rather go to the park instead of walking on strange surfaces.
But you get to spend time with Mummy and get cuddles from everyone – like these two Malaysian girls on the bus ride
And then again a grandmother from Portugal told him he’s very cute and loves his hair cut.
May’s comment: Yes, it’s easier to carry George than Darcy into Selfridges.
